Welcome to Secret Slovenia – the home of the inclusive adventure holiday package. Your holiday has been prepared to give you a taste of this beautiful corner of Europe, with comfortable 3 star (or local equivalent) accommodation, to include continental breakfasts and evening meals, an agenda of exciting activities all at a conveniently inclusive price.

Please read these conditions carefully and keep safely for your reference.

1. These Booking Conditions “the conditions” set out the terms on which you contract with us, secret-slovenia.co.uk. They form the complete contract between you and us. No other terms and conditions apply, and no variation of these conditions is valid unless given in writing and signed by an authorised representative of secret-slovenia.co.uk. All conditions are binding upon both parties. Any waiver of these conditions by secret-slovenia.co.uk following a breach of conditions by you does not constitute a variation in the conditions, nor does it set a precedent that waivers may occur in the future.

2. Our Primary Interest is to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects included in your holiday, from making the booking through to the end of an enjoyable experience. Should you have a problem during your holiday, please bring this initially to the attention of the immediate supervisory staff who are fully trained and will make every effort to achieve a satisfactory solution. You will also have available a local contact number, and UK contact number for additional assistance should this be required.

3. Making your Booking and Payment. Please make your bookings on the form provided and post this to ‘Carbis House’, Carbis Bay, St. Ives. Cornwall. TR26 2SF. A deposit of £75.00 per person plus the appropriate insurance premium is required to confirm your booking. A confirmation notice will then be sent to you to detailing numbers and ages of the members of your party, and your accommodation, and schedule to show the due date of the balancing payment. Please note that bookings placed within 8 weeks of the date of departure must be accompanied by payment in full including insurance premiums. The contract is in place once payment has been received by us, and written confirmation received by you. Failure to make the full payment by the due date will constitute a breach of the contract and secret-slovenia.co.uk reserves the right to cancel the booking for each person named in that booking and levy cancellation charges as detailed in point 7 below. The person first named on the booking form will be taken as the ‘lead person’ who will be responsible for guaranteeing payment to us of the total cost for all named, and does so on behalf of, and with the consent of all persons for whom the booking is completed.

4. The Accommodation is in guest house / hotel to 3star (or local equivalent) in twin / double rooms, and is based on two sharing. There may be some variation between rooms. Should you have any specific requirements such as dietary needs, for example, then please phone first to discuss details.

5. Price Guarantee. The price quoted is the price that you pay. The only exception to this is a significant alteration to the exchange rate (7.5%) occurring 30 days or more prior to the start of your holiday. In such a circumstance, we reserve the right to extend this alteration to you. At this point, should you choose to cancel, a full refund will be made without penalty.

6. Travel arrangements. Your holiday with us starts with your arrival at Ljubljana Airport (Airport code- LJU), situated just outside Ljubljana, at Brnik. It is your responsibility to make your own return travel arrangements to Ljubljana. A transfer service is included in your price, based on the anticipated flight arrival time. Should your travel arrangements be incompatible with others, you may incur an additional transfer fee. Please include your intended travel arrangements with your booking form, and please phone to discuss arrangements.

7. Cancellations. Should you, or any members of your party need to cancel your booking, or any part of it, once it has been confirmed, you must do so in writing. This is essential, as your payments are held in a ‘trustee account’, which requires written confirmation to release funds. A refund will be made, subject to a cancellation charge, dependant on the amount of notice provided. The cancellation charges are as follows. Prior to 56 days (8 weeks) before the start of your holiday, a full refund less payments made for the insurance premium and £75.00 deposit per person. During the 56 days immediately preceding the start of your holiday, there will be no refund. Please Note, it may be possible to make a claim on your travel insurance for a cancellation.

8. Changes to your Booking. Requests to alter details submitted on your booking form after confirmation may be in writing, or by ‘phone. All measures will be taken to accommodate reasonable requests, were possible. We are not, however, bound to comply with such requests. Should any alteration cause an addition, or reduction in costs, these will be advised to you, for your acceptance. Where a request for alteration has been met, this will be confirmed in a revised booking confirmation, payment of which will be under the same conditions as stated above.

9. If we have to change your Booking. The activities are all subject to weather/ environment, and conditions beyond our control. The activity supervisor is responsible for your safety, and has the final decision on the suitability of the activities. We therefore reserve the right to substitute any activity with another of equivalent value chosen by the activity supervisor at his/her discretion. Should we become aware of changes to your activity schedule before the start date of your holiday, we will endeavour to inform you immediately. If for any reason we are unable to substitute activities, you will be offered a refund to reflect the loss of that activity, but this will not be seen as fundamental to your holiday, and so not a reason for cancellation.
