Canyoning
This mountainous area is peppered with valleys and gorges ideal for canyoning. Don wetsuits, helmet and climbing harnesses to take part in the very latest sport, but beware, this is wild! Follow the course of a river along its gorge, and when you get to a waterfall you can abseil it, jump off or scramble down. Or use it like a natural toboggan and shoot over the edge - Beware of the adrenaline rush!
GENERAL INFORMATION
Level of fitness required: You should be fairly fit. No specific level of fitness required, although the fitter you are, the more you'll enjoy it. You must be able to swim.
Equipment to bring: Swimming costume, towel, leather gloves / cycle gloves if you have them, old trainers, warm clothing for afterwards.
Equipment provided: Wet suit, helmet, life jacket, climbing harness.
Best time of year: June-September.
Hydrospeed
Grab yourself a hydrospeed, a helmet and some flippers, plus your all-important wetsuit (a serious suit for a seriously fun sport) and, steering yourself with the flippers, roll down the course of the river - one minute inside the waves, the next minute on top of them!

Level of fitness required: No specific level of fitness required. You must be able to swim at least 25m.
Equipment to bring: Swimming costume, towel, warm clothing for afterwards.
Equipment provided: Wet suit, helmet, life jacket, hydrospeed board and flippers.
Best time of year: June - September.
White water-rafting
Ready for action? You're in a two/three persons inflatable, you have the paddles, and off you go – an exciting trip down the river Sava, taking in the beautiful scenery before navigating the waves of the white water, and conquering the rapids! The river Sava is ideal for rafting, with different levels of difficulty. The actual route on the day is selected by your guide, taking into account the conditions, and participants ability. Your descent of the Sava is under close supervision from the outset, with initial instruction, full safety equipment, and your guide accompanying you in a kayak along the way, to show the routes past the obstacles.

Equipment to bring: Swimming costume, towel, old trainers, extra t-shirt & warm clothing for afterwards.
Equipment provided: Rafts, paddles, wet suit, helmet, life jacket.
Mountain biking
The Bohinj area has numerous possibilities for wonderful mountain bike trips. The possibilities range from gentle trips around the lake, generally on the level, to the extreme, across the shoulders of the mountains surrounding the lake.
Our trips are placed in the middle of these options! Your day starts with being transported, with your bike, to a high mountain plateau.
The mainly downhill route follows various paths, tracks and roads through the meadows and forests, taking in the dramatic views of the area, soaking up the character of old villages, exploring places of interest, which remain undiscovered by the casual holidaymaker, as you go.
Before starting, your guide will ensure that you’re comfortable with your regularly serviced mountain-bike, and kitted out with helmet.

Equipment to bring: Comfortable clothing, water, water-bottles.
Equipment provided: Mountain-bikes, children’s bikes (20",24") & helmet, repair kit carried by guides.
High ropes course
The High Ropes Course is an obstacle course built on wooden pillars high above the ground – check out the video!
Under the supervision of our experienced and professionally trained High Ropes Course trainers, you will have a chance to experience something totally new and extraordinary! Everybody can join the High Ropes Course, the minimum requirements are age: 11 years old, and height over 1.50m.
Completing different tasks 8 meters (25 feet, approx) above the ground represents a completely different type of fun! However, the High Ropes Course has a very positive influence over coordination – especially balance. After completing all the exercises, your self-confidence will raise tremendously, as you will have overcome any fears you may have about heights!
Giant swing
And what can I say about the Giant swing? Ropes are fastened to your climbing belt and up you go to the full 8 meters height. And now, pull the release cable!
Experience the thrill of free fall before the swing takes effect – again – and again!
This is an adrenaline moment – and the highlight off the High Ropes Course.

Canadian canoe
Using a single bladed paddle you can learn to follow in the paddle strokes of trappers and explorers. These boats were designed to carry people and gear and are great for family outings. They are very stable platforms, the skills needed to travel on flat water and gently flowing rivers, quickly mastered.
Kayak
After familiarising yourself with the kit, you will be shown basic techniques before setting off down river in the company of your guides to put into practice what you’ve learned!
